SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Slovakia

  • European Union countries

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after order processing):

  • Slovakia: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional customs duties are applied.

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • carriers or logistics partners,

  • customs clearance,

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer,

  • force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at costal.bp@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the carrier. Resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation process.


Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
