RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Right to Return (30-Day Commercial Policy)

We offer a 30-day return period, which starts on the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in the same condition as received,

  • be unworn or unused,

  • have original tags attached,

  • be in its original packaging,

  • be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with:

  • return instructions,

  • the return address,

  • and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you return an item due to withdrawal from the contract without providing a reason,
    the return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item,
    the return shipping costs are covered by the seller.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at costal.bp@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


5. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

In accordance with applicable law, the following items cannot be returned:

  • custom-made or personalized products,

  • hygiene or personal care items once their protective seal has been broken,

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,

  • gift cards.

Sale Items

  • Sale or discounted items may still be returned within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, unless they fall under one of the legal exceptions listed above.

  • After the 14-day statutory period, sale items are covered only by statutory warranty rights.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.


7. Right of Withdrawal (European Union – 14 Days)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

This right also applies to discounted items, unless the product is excluded by law.

The returned item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued to the original payment method,

  • within 10 business days of approval.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
